1、成本低:根據國外的施工資料介紹，與在舊路面層上加鋪新料的方法相比，就地冷再生約可降低成本20%～46%。

2、不損壞路基:由于冷再生施工為一次性作業方式，再生機組在暴露的路基上只通過一次。所以與傳統施工方法相比，對路基的損害要小的多。
